Each construction site, each building has its own function, own character and certain details. Here because Arkin focuses a lot on the planning phase by studying from the whole building to the smallest detail present in the structure, deciding whether to keep it and at that point enhance it or eliminate it by focusing on more prominent aesthetic and functional aspects.

The project represented in these pages is the example as a simple and anonymous awning has become an integral part of the entire new facade, with a simple and linear system specially designed for this construction site.

The closed awning becomes one with the upper part of the facade without creating interruptions of the same and completely disappearing from the visual eye; a once opened, however, it performs its function fully, protecting the windows from the sun's rays.

Brisoleil and glass roofs with steel uprights are just two details that tend to enhance a facade. By studying its shape, layout and application in the technical field, these details combine to make an anonymous entrance hall, the focal point of the entire facade.

Always keeping in mind the nature of the different materials from which they are made and their function, these details are positioned and designed in order to have a continuous facade, where the joints between the various elements seem absents and perfectly merged with each other.

An environment or a building comes alive thanks to the shape, color and light, transmitting emotion to the observer.

Multiple colors and even more shapes that can be conceived and designed with the Arkin assembly system: planes that intersect and create plays of depth, recessed windows that give the facade a dynamic appearance, enlivened by the irregular arrangement of the fixtures.

The fusion of wood, glass and modular panels gives the facade a hybrid appearance.
